What do you all think of Chadwell as possible coach at UM? Making $850k, innovator, well liked by players and media. I'd give him an interview.

I definitely think he is worth an interview for sure. I would need to know the potential coaching candidates we are selecting from on whether or not he should be the guy.

As far as his offense and like-ability, he is a take all day. If we rolled the dice with him, then I think the football GM/ assistant AD focused on football would be a beneficial structure. It would help provide a comfort level with the transition of a coach like him to P5 football. We should approach it that way with any G5 coach.

Assisting with filling out the staff especially the DC and strength coaches would be key in particular with Chadwell. I would trust him with the keys to offense.
 
Defense is *** and Offense is like Milton at UCF … once the smart/accurate/athletic QB is gone he ends up as a poor man’s Gus Malzahn.

Hard, hard pass.

Chadwell runs a souped up Triple Option, we don't have those type of QBs.

Chadwell is better off at schools like Nebraska, GT, Vandy, etc..
