Take a Look at this. The first is Joe Burrow the second is Jalen Hurts. Look at the improvement in both. It is earth shattering. Are these players completely different and reborn or is it coaching and the proper system to succeed. Me thinks a lot of it has to do with the later. Insanity. Burrows numbers are nasty.

Hurts is now playing for one of the best offensive minds in college football in Lincoln Riley.

Orgeron hired a rising star and modern offense wizard with Joey Brady (unsurprisingly a product of Broward County).

Burrow's was Hermann's guy. Burrow was behind Haskin's 50 TD's 8 ints. So Burrow transferred
 
"Coaching" and "proper system" are to totally different things if we're being honest.

Perfect example is that Enos looked like a great "coach" when he was coaching Alabama's QB's while in their system.

And now he looks completely lost as a coach while running his own system.

The system is more important than the coach implementing it IMO.

Perfect example is OSU, Alabama, & Clemson. They lose coaches **** near every year and they just plug & play the coach in.
 
This is the end result of finding the right staff, not just a buddy you used to work with or know from the old days.
