Well, they did win 11 games two years ago. Their three losses that year were all close, and they nearly beat FSU in the ACC title game. But yeah, I agree. If they are missing one piece of the puzzle, that O falls apart completely. I'd be disgusted if I were a GT fan.

I just had a thought. If Clemson shuts them out, and Miami beats the daylights out of them, will their fans finally turn on him? They should. Getting beat down badly by a Richt lead UM squad might do it.

except he ended up in coral gables and now those losses to him will matter even more in conference. if he has a bad year I think he's gone this year. 3-9 last year and a crappy year this year will be a lot for a fanbase to handle

Yeah, and if Richt pounds them from his new location there's a good chance they'll completely turn on him. Like you said, it's even more important to beat Richt now.

I think we score a good bit on their defense, but with our freshman LB's GT will have some success against our defense. It's all about our DL.

This is not a good GT team. Just watching them play, I'm still shocked they are still running out Paul Johnson and his 1960s offense. I mean every team in the ACC has to know how to defend that **** by now. No surprise they seem to get worse every year. Clemson isn't what they were last year, should have dropped at least 50 on this team but they are in a real funk offensively. Richt and Kaaya should feast next week Saturday and out Diaz and defense should too.

Someone on ATL Sports Radio stated that teams that play GT every year do very well against them while OOC teams (excluding UGA) do not since they dont face the TO regularly. I agree with him. We lost in 2014 because Kaaya was a freshmen and we had some miscues.
