OT: Cant-miss player in the NFL draft

Jamal Adams, Dalvin Cook and Reuben Foster.
Also, although CB is probably the hardest position to transition, the Lattimore kid from OSU is disgusting.

had a lot of hamstring issues is his biggest problem.
Those typically follow you throughout your career.

Jabril Peppers only had 1 interception bc he was playing a hybrid Linebacker position majority of his cfb career. I think he has the most upside of any Safety in the draft. I would draft him as a FS and pop a bottle to celebrate.

Have you seen Obi Melifonwu, dudes the definition of a freak. Upsied/Potential is determined by the players athletic gifts

Obi Melifonwu:
6'4" 225 Lbs.
4.40 40 Yard dash
17 reps on the bench
44" Vert Jump (Holy ****ing ****)
141" Broad Jump (Again, Holy ****ing ****)

Meanwhile Peppers:
5'11" 213 Lbs.
4.46 40 Yard dash
19 reps on the Bench
35.5" Vert Jump
128" Broad Jump

For Reference, Sean Taylor:
6'2" 230 Lbs.
4.51 40 Yard dash
11 reps on the Bench
35" Vert Jump
121" Broad Jump

yeah i heard of him but besides the combine numbers he plays nowhere near that size. Good range and overall athleticism but he doesnt have the physical presence that you would want from a player that size.

Jabril Peppers is way more physical and of course Sean Taylor is on another level that Obi is not even on the same planet when it comes to overall talent, potential, and physical presence.

Well obviously none of them are the football player ST was. But my point is Obi is by far one of the most athletically gifted players to ever play in the NFL. He has a **** load of potential. He doesn't need to have the presence of a LB. He actually is a good tackler and I think will play well in the box. However I think he also definitely has the potential and hips to play corner too. Kid is a ******* specimen. I'd take Obi 1000 times over Peppers, and its not even close.

Cook is the safest pick. You don't do what he did against everyone and not be a stud. RB's from Miami make it in the NFL more than any other.

Peppers is the other safe pick. He was clearly the most talented DB at the combine. He's a savage and will be a SS for the next decade.

Sleeper: Jermaine Grace will end up an NFL starter. He's better than 30 teams LB's on the 2 deep right now.

Did I miss something about off the field issues with cook? Supp he is falling due to that and a shoulder. I don't remember him having off the field isssues....only remember him torching us. I'd take him on the fins before ajayis knee gives out

he punched out a chick in front a bar or something, fsu swept it under the rug with a quick sham trial, i also read a scouting report that he had a bunch of run ins with the law as a juvenile and supposedly has an entourage of questionable character dudes

Njoku. Christian McCaffrey. The other prospects that are completely clean on-field have injury (mostly) or character issues. Would be a shocker if Njoku doesn't become a Pro Bowl TE.

Overrated prospects include Garrett (Sapp has it right), Howard (safe floor as a blocker and safety valve target but very limited receiving upside - dude has no spatial awareness and he's being touted as the best TE prospect since Winslow lmao), Cook (injuries, another POS Nole, can't pass block, can't run routes and catch, has to gear down to make cuts, doesn't drive his legs through contact, bad testing #s , etc. has ALL the signs of a bust) and many others but those are the prime candidates.

As a saints fan (clearly as much as a canes fan) I would love to have a Njoku in New Orleans. In that system I believe he could be better than Jimmy Graham was. In terms of all players, my can't miss player is probably Malik Hooker, kid is an unreal ball hawk. Only downside is that there is only one season of game tape on him. Thinking Myles G will be a bust, and that Solomon Thomas is prolly gonna be the top DE out of this class. Corn is heavily underrated and someone will get a **** of a corner. Mike Williams from Clemson is also another guy that can come in and dominate. Really depends on the team any of these go to.

Famous words no such thing as a can't miss player. I like The Fish drafting Ruben Foster or Taco Charlton. Foster dropping like a rock after failed drug test but worth the risk at 22 I say grab him in a sec.

Corn made plays on a team coached by people who thought making individual plays was a sin. With the speed he showed at Pro day, will get chance in NFL. He is the type of guy who went top 20 in 1st round on our old teams.
