I was responding to Krazy Cane but thanks for confirming I'm always on your mind

Are you not capable of quoting correctly?

Sometimes part of a previous quote stays there if you didn't complete a post. I've had to go back and delete stuff before posting.
Yeah I've noticed that before when I changed my mind but didn't see it this time. They need to fix that, usually I see it everytime I go back to a thread; it's annoying.

F*ck it. This thread is already off the rails and epic so might as well throw this in there again for sh*ts and giggles.

JUST DROP THE MF-ING MIC NOW...

Was talking to local high school coach here in Nola today. He was telling me how there is not one person in the game today that can spot talent as fast as Butch Davis. He said he had several stories. He said on multiple occasions he would be about to send out films on underclassman and Butch would call before he even sent it out. Said it was the eeriest thing he had seen. He thought Butch had his computer hacked.

He was telling me story how a few weeks ago, in a Friday night game, he had an Offensive Guard go down. He put in a true Freshman who had yet played a down in HS football...who he thinks will could be a P5 starter one day. He said the kid had an impressive game, but nothing that would attract the attention of any colleges, as he was just a Freshman. The other team had a DE who will be at a P5 next year.

The next morning he got to his office at 7am and he had a message. It was muthaf*cking Butch Davis asking about this kid. He said he watched the game to check out the DE and was impressed with true freshman’s skill set.

The coach said he was shocked as there was not one coach in the game today that would pick that up, not even Saban.

Butch is on another level. Period.

Even at FIU from his first class to last year's (this year's is too small to tell) you can see he is bringing in very good talent relative to what FIU is normally used to having. They have a true FR TE Sterling Palmer I would love for us to have if we hadn't gotten Jordan and Mallory. He has 17 catches on the year (1 TD) and is a 6'5 230 lb former bball playing raw specimen that he found in Richmond.

No one ever disputed the fact that he could accumulate talent. Again this list didn’t do anything, how was he on gameday since you keep deflecting that

How would Bowden...Saban...and Urbans gameday coaching look down 31 schollies in 4yrs??....Stop your Buffoonery....Butch knew his limitations....hence a slew of Great Assistants....Not only did he Build The Greatest team....but a UM staff only bypassed by the 85-88 staff that he was part of....Stop the nonsense...

Broke was still sucking on a binky when Butch was here but he's the expert because he's the quickest re-tweeter in the west.

Only on CiS folks.

LMFAO

Is it just bad luck that has caused Butch to do absolutely nothing since 2000 while other coaches moved up and became more and more successful?
