Dude, the reason the team wanted Cooker was because they knew that with what Butch built and instilled in them, they would win the title. One of the players exact quote was "you want to know what Coker did, nothing."

That’s great for a story and 30 for 30s but imagine thinking really Coker had nothing to do with Miami winning a ring that year. Lot of people talk about Butch amassing talent and rightfully so but look at what Coker did as the offensive coordinator at Miami in the year prior to winning the rose bowl in terms of help getting talent on those loaded teams too, he wasn’t just sitting on his hands either.
