I had to move this to OT. I won’t get into the specifics of disparaging anyone. I’ll just say that the anger doesn’t shock me.

I was close to local people in the Miami music scene in the late 80’s and early 90’s, particularly one producer. Some of these dudes my buddy worked for, with, knew… were scary people - no joke. Anyhow, I can tell you that my friend came back to the studio I was at waiting for him one day and said to me - and this is way back - I just saw Marquis at the bus stop and asked him what he was doing there and he said he didn’t have a car. My friend said to me, all that money being made and he can’t even afford to buy a car.

I’m only relaying what I was told at the time. This was probably between 1987-1990.
