**** I forgot to tell you guys man. For all you brisket lovers and lovers of exotic meats, my boys at Heights meat market in Lando lakes are doing a brisket class tomorrow where you get to sample all kinds of exotic and exquisite meats.
This is one of my favorite spots to go to ffor all my rare game. I’ve had alligator sausage, elk backstrap, duck bacon, Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu, wild boar, camel patties, bison everything, hog fish, Seabass, Caribou, venison everything, lamb everything, kangaroo, and stuff I can’t even remember.
This is the premier place if you want a sample exotic game and priced very well I might add. If you’ve ever had Japanese A5 beef then I challenge you to try the Australian Wagyu. Very close to the same quality iand about 3 or $400 less. Enjoy
