OT: Bears vs Dolphins

What part of Chicago you guys from

Originally from South Side Robert Taylor Homes, but that was many moons ago.

A lot of my family still in the Chi, spread out though, from Downtown, Aurora, Chicago Heights, and still a few in the Bronzeville area, but not many in that part since my great aunt died 5 yrs ago. She’s like the matriarch of the family being she was the oldest and first to move from Mississippi to Chicago.

****, didn't realize it was so many Chicago-based Hurricane fans on this board.

I lived in Robbins the first 25 years of my life. Now I'm in Crestwood.

I think Russell Maryland helped w establishing this, along w watching Miami smash ND on TV, since ND is the default college team for many around the Chicago area. I think seeing a black team take down the Irish who also represents a strong demographic fan base, was the start.

Like I said in 87 when I was a pup, watching Miami smoke ND 22-0 was it for me. First college game I ever watched and a lot of my relatives are Canes fans til that day. We hate ND for more than one reason, and to see that, in the fashion they did captivated me.

When was this? Lol. No **** I went to school at SXU. Had a baseball scholarship to University of Dayton but got hurt and decided to stay local for a year then transfer out to the Carolinas but I met my girlfriend a year later at SXU and decided to stay there.
2007 was the year I think

The in laws still live in the Plainfield area. Have close college friends that I see time to time in the Tinley/Orland area.

I love Madison! visit there frequently
When you are in town and wanna watch a game with another Hurricanes fan I’m down to meet up

I grew up in Coral Gables, seeing red Badgers stuff everywhere gets old, especially with the recent bowl game

Oh ok. Nice I know that area extremely well. My girlfriend is from Oak Forest and when my lease is up I’ll probably get a place out in Orland or Tinley.

BEAR DOWN. love thats there are more Bears fans here than Dolphans, but I am not surprised. South Florida fans are the worst. I once walked up to a Heat - Bulls playoff game and bought tickets. It was the year the Heat won with Shaq. That could have never happend in Chicago, as tickets would have sold out in seconds.

Where’d you end up staying

2153 N Rockwell St, Chicago, IL 60647,

I had an L track about a block away. Being from South Flo I'm not used to it and wanted to throw stuff at the train as it passed by every 3 or 4 minutes. Aside from that, not a bad location.

Lol so you’re the ******* who hit the train I was on.

I hooked with a girl from Beverly while at ISU. My wife got her masters from Saint Xavier in Oak Lawn. She’s a Bears fan I’m Dolphins. We will have sexual favors wagered on this game

When you say you “hooked” with a girl, do you mean the two of you where hookers? Cause that is what it sounds like.

There's not, but pointing out how much we suck isn't really news to us.

Please with this NFL crap; inferior product - the only thing that saved the NFL was Fnatasy Football and the dweebs that play it and fancy themselves coaches on here. The Dolphins ruined me for the NFL many years ago #worst front office in sports history.

Hooked up

Or maybe we both dressed up like Captain Hook and danced the night away....

Got drunk and intercoursed her like Gerald Willis handles the OL

I hope Tannehill plays so he can continue to show these defender of Tannehill that he isn't a franchise QB. The guy is a poor's man Alex Smith.

His stats looks 'good' because he's a check down charlie who still turns the ball over a lot. It easy to complete 60% of your passes when your throwing 2 yards routes 90% of the time on 3rd and 8. People think Tannehill will be more then what he already is.. a robot playing QB. Dude is worse then Kaaya when he comes to pocket awareness because at least you know Kaaya can't run but Tannehill is a former WR and has NO awareness or QB instincts in the pocket. We need to go on a serious losing streak with him at the helm so we're in a position to draft a top QB prospect and officially be done with Tannehill and to possibly get Gase and the front office guys fired.

People think Gase is a good coach but I don't think people understand he got us to the playoffs because we had the worst schedule in the NFL that year and because of Jay Ajayi who he got rid of. We won 10 games that year and 9 of them were against teams not only below .500 but most did not have more then 5 wins that year.

Oh and why is Tannebaum here again? Isn't he the one involved with paying a DT like 90 Million? Didn't he leave the Jet's franchise in flames? I like that Steven Ross has no problem with spending money for F.As and on the team but he is terrible at hiring football people.

The only guy I'll keep right now is Burke because he keeps spit polishing this **** of a defense that lacks a CBs, any semblance of a true OLB, and depth everywhere.

What we need to do is go hire a defensive minded coach and give him a QB. ****, give Darren Rizzi a shot. Doesn't matter who's on the staff, he always has the best coached unit.
