OT: Athlete Toughness

Literally, I can tell your a glass jawed boy.

Its a official documentary, meaning. Whoever filmed these individuals statements about Bruce Lee. Literally view him as a role model and/or inspirational type of man. Or also too; Having respect for those who retell real life, face to face encounters with Bruce Lee. That those who appear in media like a documentary. They all obviously talk to each other in person. And let their face and their dialogue make it in this particular video knowing that just because a younger generation wasn't a eye witness themselves.. That there is **** of a lot more truth than anything false,

Not everyone is all about a quick - 15 minutes of fame or literally just to make a quick shout out or whatever.

But hey, that saying "Seeing is believing" rings true for the insecure losers that populate.

That is not what it means at all. Did you watch the Aaron Hernandez documentary? most of the individuals did not view him as a role model. In fact the guy right after Jon Jones and Dana. Judo Gene literally said he did MMA before Bruce.

Bruce Lee??? Lesnar was a 270 lbs specimen with one of the tightest ground games the sport has ever seen.

He would have straight up murdered Bruce Lee in under 30 seconds.

Any MMA fighter could beat Bruce Lee. Bruce Lee was a great martial artist and showman, but wrestling wins fights.

And I never rooted for Brock Lesnar. Hated him in fact. But before his injuries, he was the best mix of technique and athleticism I’ve ever seen.

LMAO I know! @afan thinks Bruce Lee is the GOAT and that is who I was arguing with.

I agree with you about wrestling winning fights. Brock is also a genetic freak. If he got involved in MMA at a younger age instead of spending all those years in WWE. I think he would have had a solid case for the GOAT HW spot.

To be perfectly honest like; Little soft dudes like both of you in particular are just detriments to begin with. If both of yall want to set it up. I live in Connecticut. I'll hold up on spilling the details. Just both of you whatever the scenario; I will gladly snuff the souls out of both of you two. Acting like yall know everything about anyone in the first place is just soft as ****. I'm not one to be the catalyst. But to be perfectly clear with myself.. Just give me the rain check and let me know the day, time, the hour / minute; I don't give a ****.. I'll gladly hand out some death certificates to any ***** eyed boy who's willing to be a ****** or both of you two.

Literally; I always learned being as I used to go to sunday mass as a kid. That no one is born ***. And I hope you give me that rain check to put both of you in your place. Not everyone puts up with bluff artists. Just watch that video with the little white man. Knowing about the crib where Mic Tyson grew up in.

Certain circumstances, or basically fraudulent people that claim more or less like everything is all good or its just a soft guy rhetoric. That's just unacceptable for individuals that don't give a **** about any sort of pariah. It doesn't matter the gender - literally.

I can't say that I'd agree. Bruce was deadly quick, and had learned some judo tech.

Lyoto Machida was just about a pure Karate fighter as you could get and he most certainly held his own.

Brock was a genetic freak, and with his NCAA championship caliber wrestling, he was **** good. Best ever? Nah, personally I don't think so.

I would put Hoyce Gracie, Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn above Brock.

They fought in a very, VERY different UFC than Brock did.

LMFAO what gym do you fight out of in CT? Neither of us are acting like we know "everything" we just know an actor is not the GOAT fighter.

I haven't stepped into a ring in years, but if you ever come to NYC I will tune you up at Mendez Boxing.

I'm talking about a real life scenario. I don't care at all. Someone like you; I'll make sure to let you see the darkness that is death. After all when the lights go out forever, that's the only type of lesson that would show a soft *** like yourself or your crowd any real respect.

WTF are you talking about lmao. Dan Severns skill was his wrestling and Brock was a more accomplished wrestler than Dan. Royce and Ken beating Brock is laughable. Royce couldn't even cut it once he started fighting guys that weren't hand picked to lose against him.

First Bruce is not a "karate fighter" the closest he comes is Ed Parker Kenpo Karate which is really only Karate in Name and totally different than what Machida did. Machida also had a black belt in BJJ and had great TD defense and TDs from his sumo background. He also was not "as close to a karate fighter as you can get" the guy used tons of Muy Thai and boxing moves in his ****nal and just used his shotokan to tweak it enough to make it very awkward for guys to fight him.

Bruce is no quicker than guys like John Dodson and significantly weaker. he would get murdered by Brock.

Well I am not going to beat you up in a back alley, if that is what you are hoping for. I have no interest in getting arrested over an internet argument. The fact that you think Bruce is the GOAT means, you don't know schit about fighting. Which means you are not beating anyone up, besides other fat losers that have never been in a fight in their life.

I'm talking about any means necessary to murder your *** so that your family has to burn your body to ashes for memorial.

Didn't say Bruce was a Karate fighter. What I was trying to explain that traditional one martial art fighters aren't neccessarily left in the dust.

They can have one base fighting tech, learn a bit of others, and still be competitive. You don't have to be a true jack of all trades to be a great fighter; you just need to be very good at what you do and defend against what you can't do well.

Brock has size, power, and an excellent wrestling background. Best ever, especially considering the failed drug tests? No.

I'd put Anderson Silva above Brock as well.

There are literally no one martial arts fighter in any top organization.

I do agree with that second paragraph though.

I never said he was the best ever. But certainly better than Royce, Shamrock, and Severn. Anderson Silva is obviously significantly better than Brock.

Just a matter of perspective really. I look at longeivity and you're looking at how big of a splash they made when they fought.

BTW, have you seen Dan Severns amatuer wrestling background? Dan has a bit...more experience and accolades than Brock.

Actually, a lot more, lol. Dan was the better amatuer wrestler, and its not even close.

Of course the best amatuer wrestler who ever lived was Dan Gable, who I had the pleasure of meeting as a teenager. One of the most nicest intense people I ever met.

No I am not looking at "who made the bigger splash". Royce was good for 2 years and that was because his family literally chose guys that would be the perfect style to get beat by him. This is a fact. They have admitted it at this point.

Ken lasted a few more years than Royce because he adapted a bit, but once he had to go against guys that where actually well rounded, he started to get destroyed.

Dan stopped fighting in the UFC once fighters started to get more rounded and only competed against bums in smaller promotions.

If any of those three stepped into the Octagon with Brock they would have left in a body bag.

No, no it isn't. Severns biggest accomplishment is being a 2x All American. Brock was a 2x All American, 2 x B1G champ, and D1 Champion. Severn was never a champ.

Yes Gable was better than both of them.

He also made the Oylmpic Team, dominated in high school and was a champion in Freestyle AND Greco-Roman wrestling.

HS really doesn't matter once you get to college. You see all these elite HS kids not being able to take it to the next level in college.

He was an olympic alternate. He was a champion in what? AAU? Are you kidding with that?

Being a D1 Champ is better credentials than being a D1 all American and Freestyle/Greco AAU champ.

Also, you know Freestyle and Greco ground game does not translate at all to MMA. The only thing you can use from Freestyle is the slams and Greco you could kind of use the clinch(but no one other than Randy has ever really tried).

So what we have learned is Brock has better ground game than Dan, better high percentage take downs than Dan, and Dan possibly has better slams.

What I found is in HS some athletes ride on there laurels there pat on the backs know one in there specialty is better then them and no real challengers / threats.
THEN ,they get to a P5 powerhouse and when the coach yell all DL ( example) line up here and all of a sudden there NOT TOP DOG not even close and soon the coach has a heart to heart talk about red shirting.
Since there always been enabled as a hero with poon galore waiting for them off the bus , they cannot handle reality of WHAT ME NO WAY I'M 5 STAR HERO ALL WORLD....... we'll a one star just beat you out SORRRRY.

Most hero kids have no idea how to train actually train and all of a sudden WORK it's a shocker and some never recover.

You clearly look up to Brock Lesnar like he's some sort of fairy tale hero. I bet you think because he made a nfl teams practice squad and was never good enough to make a real impact during the actual regular season that he's better than the actual individuals that made a real impact without being a; Redneck / bigot / steroid / performance enhancing illegal substance user. Oh yea; He's all about stroking his own capitalism mentality monopoly piggy bank that.. He pretends even further that he lets men that are clearly at a size / weight advantage that have no background in how to fight professionally... I guess he likes to appear to be weaker than anyone to just to be a fake televised personality. Its common sense really. But its clear as day just reading your text messages on this website; Your a narcissist aka you are clearly two faced in real life.

Brock Lesnar also clearly used steroids to try to be a mma and/or ufc superstar in professional wrestling aka scripted televised results. Its clear as day, how anyone could see through a television screen that he dropped a substantial amount of weight / The last time he stopped appearing with Vince McMahon to pretend to know how to fight without having a substance that is banned by ufc. And Brock still has losses on his mma resume; And that's after using illegal performance enhancing drugs to weigh nearly, forty to fifty pounds more than Cain Velasquez.

But in order to fight without needing to cheat he detoxed his body to fight around 265 pounds which - I just looked it up, apparently he weighed that much at the ufc weigh in event. But its well known in, boxing and mma that the men and women alike.. They put their body through extreme amounts of pain in order to make the weigh in, and the weigh in is always before the actual fight aka. The weigh in is always at least a full twenty four hours before the real fight. And then they fighters real body weight is always different than their version of the underwear olympics aka what the big business nfl bosses use to throw random useless guesses for that business.

Oh yea; The artist known as the undertaker - real name is actually, Mark William Calaway; He pretty much punked Brock in the middle of a ufc/mma crowd during a ufc sponsered event. I guess lesnar got his version of revenge by ending "the undertakers" sports entertainment winning streak. But than again. Just research Vince and Shane Mcmahon and how evil they are.

He weighted 265 because that is the weight limit. I never said Brock is the GOAT, just that he would destroy Bruce. Brock actually competed which is a lot more than Bruce did. Bruce was just an actor.
