Some people still like to do something with their day. A lot of “retired” people still work somewhere a few hours a week just to keep busy, keep their brains working, and prevent loneliness. Studies have shown that it’s good to do stuff to reduce things like Alzheimer’s and dementia too.
Maybe she just likes working. I can retire but like getting my *** outta the house a few days a week.
I get it. I had to retire a while back because of medical issues and I miss working.
