There’s an old saying: “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”

Yes, every QB throws the ball away.

However, there is a fine line between being smart and avoiding risks and flat out playing scared.

Rodgers shattered the QB record for throwaways last season, and was pretty close to hitting it again this year.

When you completely give up on plays, yes you save yourself from a potential turnover, but you also give up the possibility of a big play.

More pass interference calls were made this year than ever before.

In fact, there’s a case to be made that throwing up a 50/50 ball 40 yards down the field is a more efficient play than simply chucking it into the ground.

As for your claim that Rodgers sees the “most complicated” defenses in the league, that is just simply preposterous.

You honestly think that when a team is playing a different QB other than him or Brady, they say “Hey guys, we’re going to go with the B Scheme this week.”

Absolutely not.

Maybe back in the day, when half the QBs in the league were scrubs, they would play basic schemes.

Not anymore.

There are way too many good QBs.

Drew Brees isn’t seeing complicated coverages?

So your logic is that someone could create a log-in account, pretend to be black, use lots of stereotypical black phraseology, and make constant black jokes, and none of us should have a problem with it?

Someone should create harlemstateofmind to post 24-7 black jokes, and then see if anyone objects.

If someone was making explicitly racist jokes, that would obviously be wrong and I would be 100% against it.

However, that is not what I do.

I do not demean or make derogatory jokes about the *** community.

I merely use wit and innuendo to create some levity on here.

God, what has happened to us?

Not when you have some the names listed above a guy like Rodgers..a stat that punishes a QB for throwing the ball away instead of forcing a play. Or gives more credit to certain throws over others. Or measures “difficulty of throws” is idiotic imo..me personally I look at 3 thing: Completion percent, ball placement, and operation of offense. For me there’s 5 QBs I’d take over anyone else this year. That’s Rodgers, Brees, Patty, wentz, jimmy G

No, I wouldn’t. Only for the categories I highlighted..which was ball placement, completion percentage, and ability to operate a offense. I value those 3 things much more then TQBR

Wilson is great but there’s a lot of concessions made for him to be successful. He’s a baller tho. Deshuan also a baller and Lamar is my fave player to watch. If I were drafting a QB for a single game tho I’d take mahomes then Rodgers
