OT: 1991 Was a Good Canes Year

Yea I started following the canes in 74, but it wasn't until I got season tickets in 82 that I would see Yama Yama always leading cheers on the sidelines. On the alumni flight to New Orleans/Sugar Bowl in 86 I got to see his love for the Canes and the bottle... a juiced up cheerleader.
I met him several times in the 80s....just not sure what happened to him....

That one back offense was stupidity against Bama....They had two 1st team AA DLmen in Curry and Copeland....And sometimes the one back (Conley) all 120lbs of him would split out...leaving Torretta vulnerable....In my opinion...DE was outcoached by Stallings...

The 92 team struggled running the ball all year. No McGuire, a slow combo of Donnell Bennett and Larry Jones and an inability to take advantage of the short passing game. I would have spread that bama team out as wide as possible and forced their dbs to cover Kevin William's and Jonathan Harris in the slot one on one.
