I’ve always wondered y targeting is never called on RBs. They lower their helmets to initiate contact all the time,

It’s a bullshyt rule that allows them to predetermine outcomes under the guise of player safety.

It should only be called on defenseless players and incidental contact with the defender’s head up should not be called unless he is launching.
