Bigger? isn't Holmes like 175? Kamara is 40lbs bigger than that
Kamara and Barkley were both 190 when they got to colllege. Don’t see Holmes gaining 15 in one year of high school unless he has a personal nutritionist.
But dude has to be on this team regardless. He’ll be Homer’s size only faster and with better lateral movement. Homer was handcuffed with cmr’s run run pass punt. However homer despite his size was a violent runner than ran through a few dudes. Something I haven’t seen Holmes do but I’ve seen Parish do. Tough call imo.

Holmes said Miami wants him at RB
Miami wants him at RB, but he will probably be use as a swiss army knife. His frame is to small, he ways 175lb now, unless he graduates weighing at least 190lb he will not be use as a true RB. Chaney weighs 199lb now, Davis was 190 coming out of high school, and Lingard was also 190. and holmes is 6'0 as well.

Only way we take 3 RBs is if one of them (Holmes) is taken as an athlete similar to Deejay Dallas. Though I think Holmes should be a DB, personally.

Numbers wise, we just don't need 3 RBs in this class, its as simple as that, especially if Deejay Dallas doesn't declare early, which idk if he even will. Lingard, Dallas, Davis, Martin, Burns, George, and then 3 more incoming Rbs would put us at 9 scholarship Rbs, which is a ******* lot, especially when we have much more important needs along the Oline and DLine. Every year South Florida is filled with a bunch of stud RBs. Next year will be no different. We should only take 2 RBs this year. Only way I think 3 is something we should do is if we know Deejay is declaring early and like Burns transfers out or something, but thats about it.

You just don't take 3 Rbs when it isn't a position of need over OLine, DLine, and DB when we have big needs there.

So would you bring in Chaney, Parrish, and Holmes as an athlete or keep just bring Chaney and Holmes. Real talk Holmes is an athlete and not a pure rb at all, unless he figures out a way to put on 15lb on one season, which I don't see happening

Get Parrish or knighton now matter what and get Holmes as an athlete....win win.....put Holmes anywhere...let Jeff Thomas be a mentor

Holmes is an offensive weapon not needing a simple position label. Now if you get another stud rb great but if not because you Keep Holmes as a rb that's fine too but Holmes is so good you can do so many things on offense because you have elite athletes everywhere

247 named Holmes as the first of five top performers on offense.

Cocoa (Fla.) High Top247 athlete Caziah Holmes ran 4.49 on the laser, erased angles with that speed during cat and mouse drills running down the sideline against linebackers and also had some eye-popping open field moves. Holmes can also catch the football and pushed Williams for Alpha Dog honors. He also won the fastest man race (twice). Top contenders are Miami, Ohio State and Florida State.

Miami WR commit Bryan Robinson was also one of their top five offensive performers.

Rocking Miami gloves in representing the program he’s committed to, West Palm Beach (Fla.) Palm Beach Central Top247 receiver Bryan Robinson was the most consistent pass catcher in 1-on-1s, taking apart DBs with double moves downfield and easily creating separation on intermediate routes. The 247Sports Composite slots him as the No. 15 receiver in the country.

Curious to see who the next QB Target on the board is. Beck naming Florida as his leader and they have him on commit watch for his next visit.

I just spoke with one of beck teammate he was #640 at the camp he told me beck going to florida. He agreed with me that beck don't fit Mullens offense he said Beck can't move he gained to much weight.

We had Dad's blessing with Holmes, and I hope we haven't create some resentment in their hearts toward us. As a Parent it can create resentment when your kid wants to be somewhere, and they slow play him. Anyone who knows Football knows any kid who can play 1 position good nice, but a kid who can play 3 d*** positions is a take any day of the week. No questions asked sign him up.
Doesn't seem like they're slow playing him. He's named us his leader and he has us set to be his next visit.
