Oregon vs Auburn

Here comes the Mario slurping. Anyone ever thought that Auburn is just mediocre? That's a way more likely conclusion than Mario magically becoming a solid game day coach. He's a great "recruiter" and while he should be able to out talent most of the Pac-12, guys like Petersen and Shaw will work him when it matters. I wouldn't be shocked if he found a way to lose to Leach if they see each other, just because he's so mediocre in regards to basic game management.

Having a legit franchise QB also helps, one that was willing to come back and play one more year. I will say this, the proof in regards to Mario will come next year when Herbert is gone. Let's see what happens. I think that eventually he comes back to what his ceiling is at a wealthy program: A 9 win, middle of the top 25 coach that finds a way to do less with more.

Not slurping just want them to lose every game. I dont want anyone we considered for the job doing better then us period. Make them all suffer

Auburn offense up until that last drive has looked terrible. They have looked mediocre since that sEC title loss to UGa in ‘17.

Don't worry, Mario will find ways to ***** this up. He's built his career on doing just that. The only thing that helps him at Oregon is that he has BILLIONS of dollars backing him up, with zero chance of the NCAA stepping in. We know Phil Knight does his thing, and we know the NCAA knows about it, and looks the other way. Oregon is one of the few schools that could outdo the Bamas of the world, and not get busted. The difference is that Mario isn't the program manager Saban is.

Dude was ready to leave his first round qb and potential top 15 team to come home. Word is hes the one who reached out to us.

Not complaining about Manny, but the lack of a search after Richt retired was a disservice.

Yea he has that Nike money. Hope he doesnt do well at all have to root against them
