Opting out might cost GR

Kiper just put Phillips before him.

Hes out of his mind. Phillips looked nice this year but he aint on GR level. JMO.

Said when he originally decided to opt out it was a mistake that will likely cost him money. Stupid decision IMO. He’ll still be ok but I think playing this year would have only benefited him and his career.

As it should be.

My mother always taught me "It is harder find a job when you don't have one than it is to find one when you do". It is nearly impossible to improve your stock without having additional work to consider. Staying steady, sure. But improving? Nope. It was always going to stay the same or depreciate while other guys have time to perform.

Also, Kiper is a fk'er. Wasn't he supposed to retire 10 years ago.
Ask your mother?

the combine itself is gonna help our DE recruiting for 22.. y’all have no idea the show Phillips and Rousseau are about to put on. My goodness I can’t wait

I thought kiper has been very off as of the last 5 years. Isn’t that the entire reason they brought mcshay in

I get why GR did what he did but should have waited to hire an agent if he was being honest about the reason why he held out. Also, if he hadn’t sat out, we would still have Phillips for another yr. These decisions matter and they have multiyear repercussions on the program.

both are very gifted dlineman. Phillips in a sense is a better pure edge rusher than Rousseau as he has more of a pass rushing Repertoire going against tackles. Rousseau can win both inside and outside but is a bit more raw rushing the passer on the edge.

imo both should be top 15 picks
Lmao no one can believe this
