Notre Dame wining out now it’s important because that win is the only one good win wo would have so one loss Miami vs 2 loss notre dame increases the chances of getting into cfp wo conference championship

If there are two teams in the ACCCG playing with only 1 (or 0 for GTech) losses, both them can EASILY get in the CFP over us. And good ******* luck having the ACC get 2 teams, let alone 3...

Not reality. We won't even drop out of the top 12 this week. There's no way we're going to go DOWN if we finish 5-0.
 
We've lost control of our own fate in the ACC. We have to hope that Duke, Ga Tech , UVA and right now, SMU, take a loss and we have to win out. They need to beat up on each other.

Doesn't matter if we win out we won't be in the playoffs, we have to make the ACCG to get a shot. I don't know why people don't see this. They will not take 3 teams from the ACC.

I’m not so sure about that. Miami will bunch up with other one loss team even wi the acc and then you have to count for sec n big 10 bias sooo it can scary for Miami

One issue is the we only play smu and Georgia tech n Virginia don’t play each other

If they win out, Miami is out of the acc championship (assuming we win out which is very possible) the wild cards are duke n Pitt for us. Btw manny’s bunch are also undefeated in acc play. Miami, essentially, has been eliminated.

Yes, there are scenarios where they get to ACCCG.

They are very unlikely.

I think that scenario plays out with a second loss for certain.

But with 2 losses ND might very well take that 12th spot on the argument they’re loss to us was week 1 with a new qb on the road and multiple injuries at key spots and they still almost won.

Um South Florida might be in the playoff..
 
none of it will matter when we lose to pitt, and thats best case scenario if we get lucky between then and now
