Only way we have a shot next year

If we find a qb who plays like Ward and goes off script so when we fail to adapt throughout the year on offense it will mask some of the flaws. No idea who that could be nor if that’s even possible with Ward being the number 1 pick but we need someone of that nature not a game manager. Is that Emory? No. Is that Nickel?

I don’t know which QB can do both that’s out there. Many are pocket passers and we just can’t do that anymore, has to be someone that can run the ball since we are playing in a 10 yard box.
 
So what you’re saying is that the only way that we can be a successful program is if we bring some type of Pete Mitchell a.k.a. Maverick onto the program that is naturally gifted because the coaching staff can’t do their **** job? No thanks.

Well we are stuck with Mario and his philosophy which at every stop he hasn’t changed. So what other options do we have?

Doesn’t matter Mario will still want to play football his way despite his style being archaic and sticking with the same game plan on offense throughout the year. The coordinators can change but the head man remains.

If he moves on from Mirabal, he’s def changing . U don’t get rid of ur right hand man like that unless you’ve done some serious reflection 😂.
 
Saban won a natty with McElroy who basically had the same physical tools and traits as Beck minus the INTs and lack of leadership. Our issues are coaching, scheme, discipline, player development, and recovery related imo.
 
And we pay 25 million to this staff to want some wunderkid to come by and bail them out of their stubborn incompetence?
 
Have no fear, Dan Rad will take some time out of his semi-retirement to have his assistant send a strongly worded email from his non Miami home base (whoever signed off on having a remote AD should be ******* fired) sometime durimg th offseason.

That oughta fox all the issues we're seeing!!!!

Get a QB who doesn't turn the ball over when the game is on the line like he's giving out candy on Halloween.

Houston's QB Conner Weigman would be a good candidate if Miami could get him. Don't know if he will enter portal. He played at Texas A&M previously. He is dual action, passes and runs.
