Have u not watched Miami losing to less talented teams for the last 6 years? Dno and OC richt are great examples of why it’s not just jimmys and joes anymore.
 
You are right OP, he has done so much the last 18 years. Teams were knocking on his door but he wanted to spend with his family and work for ESPN. Then he wanted a challenge and could have gone anywhere but decided FIU was best. He has as many rings as Mark Richt too :qft9gew:
 
As much as I love Butch, I’m like let’s go all in for Meyers. Tell him to fck that teaching gig, u have the keys to So Fla recruiting
 
Schnelly, JJ, and B Davis (Saban, Meyer, and Moglia included), are RUTHLESS alphas.

All/most others are not.

Give a competitve organization leaders like them and let them put the team in the best position to win.

I’ll say only a Butch type personality can bring us back. Lots of crap going on with team and need a dominating personality to clean it up.

He’s got a body of work that I’m good with. He made the browns a playoff team, he had UNC loaded with talent and getting ready to make noise before the ncaa smacked their pee pees, and he put together a decent team here too.

He’d need a good staff, and he isn’t Dabo or nick, but he has a history of rebuilding programs.

Mork doesn't have the fire in his belly like Butch and Saban do.
