Only 1000 tix left for Virginia

Difference... September 8th, and Rutgers. Cane fans had a history of not showing up when they KNEW we would win against teams like Rutgers. We have now been starved for winning Cane football for over a decade, and this is the last home game of the season. We'll have closer to 65K than 39K.

It's possible. This is slightly uncharted territory. Temple 2003 = 49,144 at the OB is the closest. Miami ranked #2 coming off the Soak at Doak.

I was at that game. No way there was 49k.

Like we already know, 49k and 39k were tickets sold and distributed, not attendance. That being said, if we really are close to a sellout for this game, then I'd expect 55k+ actual because people are going out of their way to buy tickets. If someone buys season tickets, then sure they're less likely to go to ****** games, but that's not the case here.

Tickets are on Stub Hub starting at $28. I hope the ticket holders drop the prices before it's too late to sell.
