We can perhaps hope that Richt is saving up his money for a Briles hire, but this Regime has disabused me of all hope.

No way Richt is hiring an OC, guys. He has demonstrated over and over again that he's not willing to accept that something is wrong with his offensive philosophy. There's been zero indication of an OC search. There's no point in even hoping. I would like to be wrong, but I honestly just don't think there's any chance that I am.

Richt is going out his way. Either he'll win as a playcaller with his son at his side OR he will go retire in the Keys with his $20M buyout.

Blake sure as **** isn't gonna force changes and with that recent extension, Richt has all the power in the world here

Honestly, im given up on new OC. My only hope is Jarren is the ******* Truth or Fields transfers here.

Ideal scenario to me is,
-fire lil Jon and Searles
-hire an OC/qb coach
-hire OL replacement
-hire LB coach.
That gives us 10 coaches. This won’t happen, but I can dream.

FSU and Briles are having issues cause Briles wants to bring in dudes around him.
Maybe other DC's wanted the same here.
Maybe that's why its better to promote people who aren't established when you go that route.
Manny brought in Banda and patke for example but we were cleaning house on both sides.
How would you feel if briles came in here and said dugans and hartley had to go.
Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea to bring in that memphis dude but maybe he didn't want to wait for
the Manny situation to develop. If indeed we were going after him.

If u don’t like the DC move, then This is indicative of the overall problem... Mark Richt. He’s the guy choosing to be OC and he’s the guy choosing his coordinators.

We know the admin was willing to pony up, which makes richt that much more incompetent.... assuming the D fails.
