One bright spot

Our depth and talent is outstanding. This staff knows exactly what they are doing.

I agree, we are also blessed with one **** of an Athletic Director. A true visionary who epitomizes intelligence, proactiveness, and organization. He's the epitome of what detail oriented looks like and we're in fine hands under his outstanding leadership.

He's a guy that really cares about having a winning football program. Everything he does is aligned perfectly with that aim.

Frierson played his best game here... two strong games in a row..that’s encouraging... when he knocked that pass away with his forearms instead of catching an INT I thought wow what happened to Miami... passes dinging off guys body parts... on that Wiggins play in the end zone he kinda fought to get in position for the ball and it hit him square in the helmet... never seen that before

Ivey turned his head on a deep ball and got a deflection.

But later has the worst open field tackle attempt I’ve ever seen ,especially when he had the sideline as an extra defender. **** , I guess that takes away the bright spot. Oh well, never mind.
Wasn’t he the one beat bad by Ladsen who dropped what was probably a TD? Or was that on the safety? Thought I saw #8 on the replay and wasn’t sure if that was his responsibility

I do not like Jakai clark and Amari Carter. Quincy Roche either he's basically another Trevon Hill. Commits offsides, then continually gets pinned inside and loses contain. He's another guy who will be drafted in round 6 or later.

Ivey’s “attempt” at ETN on the sideline is the kind of embarrassing crap that makes me rethink teaching my young kids to be Miami fans.

That’s the stuff that makes me hate watching Canes football sometimes.

Assuming this is in reference to the Etienne TD run. All he had to do was literally extend his arms for the shoe string tackle. The kid proceeded to ELBOW (???) at the ******* air like he was practicing his ground n pound technique.

We can’t have nice things lmaoo
That’s how all DBs tackle nowadays. Just dive and throw and elbow or shoulder at the ball carrier

No balom failed to help him out. I think #8 had flats and released to safety over the top. Balom was caught looking in the back field. I don't blame him a TF shouldn't be playing in that position. D'Eriq Rosier isn't it, but I will leave him alone. He tries, but is very limited in the type of throws he can make consistently.

We have too many mediocre players with bad film.
Clark: cost us with the mallory big play vs louisville; has had 2 false start penalties in every game. That's on coach Justice who keeps playing him and not taking away his playing time.

Hall: CIS hype machine yall fooled me. He's another sorry fake head hunter with a low football IQ.

Carter: see above and he's even looks slow. When he took his helmet off last night. He just doesn't get it. Will never get it and I can't wait until he graduates. He isn't it.

Ivey: Makes a decent play on punt block for TD and then gives us the long run to etienne.

Roche: Offsides really bruh every game you have a dumb penalty on 3rd and distance. He's the defensive version of Clark

Only players with decent film:
Frierson
Phillips
Harrison Hunte

not gonna lie, I thought the holder was gonna catch him. And in looking at the replay, if the holder has gotten started a split second earlier, he might have.

Roche is always concerned with making the "big play"

It doesn't. A Golden or Rich coached team wouldve folded by the half. We got outplayed but never stopped fighting. Those who understand team dynamics will see the value in that. And know that it bodes well for the future. One game a season dont make.

I’m more concerned by the corch fest by Lashlee. While coming off a bye week.
