Once we get to see what we have in Tate

I say we put Kosi in the gun, line Martell up next to him and let the D guess who is getting the ball...hike to to tate, he hands to Kosi who bombs it deep....hike to tate, he runs...hike to kosi, he bombs in...line them up side by side and the D will be crapping themselves

The problem with Tate and Perry is that Enos will not leave them in the gun. Enos has and always will fall back to what he knows. If we go up by more than 3 points Enos will go back into his shell.

I think the dream of Tate or Perry putting up 40 points while slinging away is never going to happen under Enos.

Tate's value plummets if they ask him to go under center with two tight ends on the field.

If they want to give him a shot in a scheme tailored to his strengths, I'm down to see what he can do on game day. I'd make Perry cough the job up first, though.

If we had smart coaches we would of worked this kid in with some packages already! This kid is too gifted not to play. I posted about this before game 1.

MARK MY WORDS!

IDK if it's just some packages or coming in the game to take over but If he gets in the game he will give us a spark we all needed.

#Letthiskidplay!

P.S. -This is coming from a person who thought he shouldn't start in the first place. The way our oline is playing it only makes sense now.

WHY NOT? This goes without saying what more do we have to lose?

GO CANES!

I agree the way our oline is setup it's worth a look.

This. He'll have them under center handing the ball off or running play action passes and taking the play count down to 0 each play.

Except he is much more elusive and harder to run down than the other two.
Don't you think his escapability is better?
Show me a qb other than lamar jackson that had success running with a o-line this bad. Tebow great o-line, manziel great o-line, rg3 solid o-line, braxton miller great o-line, vince young great o-line, cam newton good o-line.

Tate doesn't have lamar jackson type speed to where he is just going to out run people. Its different when scrambling because nobody is open as opposed to running while multiple guys are in the backfield chasing you.

This board is gonna go crazy cause we have been keeping him caged. No reason not to play him at QB at sometime this season. What is there to play for?

Your boy Tate just DOESN'T have it in him to be a Power 5 starting signal caller. The dude is an absolutely TERRIBLE passer and makes either Miami QB look like the second coming of one Johnny Unitas!

And the only reason why your boy Tate is getting 2nd team rep's is because JW has a bum shoulder. Get outta' here with that bogus crap!
