Cristobal has worked hard at his craft and has been a part at many losing seasons at FIU and Oregon before his current success .I believe Manny is smarter and will correct the ship faster given time and autonomy.He corrected our early season special team problems and our defense returned to their aggressive schemes.Recruiting was better than expected and now he needs to fix the offense.We need only one AD and one Coach in charge and responsible for their actions.Bringing in Highsmith is having to many chiefs and not enough Indians.No good Head Football Coach would work under those conditions in College where they recruit the players as well as coach them.
