On3's Pete Nakos has named Keelan Marion, the new Miami Hurricanes wide receiver who transferred from BYU, as one of the spring transfers expected to make the biggest impact in the upcoming season.

"On his kickoff return for a touchdown in November against Utah, Keelan Marion hit a max speed of 20.7 mph. That kind of speed can be a game-changer for Miami in 2025. The BYU transfer wide receiver and kick returner earned All-Big 12 honors after returning 18 kicks for 472 yards and two touchdowns — his 26.2 KOR average led the Big 12 — in 2024. Meanwhile, Miami didn’t register a kick return for a touchdown last season. Marion’s speed will be a weapon in the passing game, too, as he finished 2024 with 24 receptions for 346 yards and a touchdown."

The 6-foot, 195-pound wide receiver from Atlanta, Georgia, committed to Miami, choosing them over interest from Arizona State, SMU, Kentucky, Colorado, Notre Dame, Penn State, Baylor, Virginia Tech, Ohio State, and FSU, among others.

It's clear that with Keelan joining Miami, he’ll step up as the Hurricanes' kick returner this season, especially since the team hasn't had a kick return touchdown since 2023 and needs one, and he returned two this past season.

Keelan Marion Is Underated & was Under utilized as A reciever Byu had a # 1 reciever & other good Recievers but Marion could have done More in the Vertical Passing Game. The missed a few deep Shot that the QB missed.
He Has Solid Size 6 1/2 198 ,Stregth & Speed to be Deep Ball Threat.
