On to 2026

We don’t have the layout of the schedule yet so it’s hard to predict our record, but that is very manageable. I think it’s safe to assume we lose at least one game, whether it’s to ND or someone in the ACC. You can’t lose more than 2 games in the ACC because we all saw what happened this year.

We fill some needs in the portal then I'm thinking double digit win season. Wouldn't be surprised if we beat ND and then dropped a silly game.

With everyone healthy and the momentum we carry double digits with ACCCG and playoff berth are my expectations

Speaking of 26, do we know if players like Tony Johnson and Jadais Richard are done or are they returning? I can't keep up with all the waivers players get these days. I know Toure is a possibility and Rodriguez is returning.

Assuming Mensah is QB1, I think the absolute reg season floor is 10 wins. The key to making a real run this year is to not have more than one loss going into the ACCCHGM (yes, we will make it and win it this year). If we can get out of the reg season 11-1 (with the most likely loss coming at ND), we'll be in a great position for a playoff run.

Having said all of that, if Mensah is QB1, I don't just concede the ND game and think we'll have a great chance to grab one from ND with Baby Jesus scoring at least one TD in front of TD Jesus.

It's very likely that we'll be undefeated going into the ND game, but I don't know when that Clemson game is. Dabo has been doing some soul searching it sounds like and he may have them boys ready when we visit Death Valley.

WF is one of “those” games depending on where it is in the schedule. ****ert is a good coach. It’s a sleepy opponent, possibly a CW game.

ND is a cake walk because we win the big games. We'll go up there and manhandle them on their home field and then lose to Wake Forest.

eh, you underestimate how tough that game will be. I will try to go to the game - I enjoyed the 2016 game experience although we lost.

Wake Forest isn't likely, but we go to Clemson and to quote a southern friend of mine, "Them boys 'll be higher than a Georgia pine!!!"

I could also see 12-0 and if we're 13-0 after the ACCCHGM (which I predict is a lock this year) we'll be the #2 seed at the very worst and probably #1.

Just using Wake as an example but its a road game, they're already saying its sold out, and I think they're very well coached. Ny Carr will probably have a field day on us just because and Gio Lopez can be a pest at QB.

Beautiful thing about Mensah is that he's faced nearly everyone on the schedule.

I'm calling it like Babe Ruth in January - undefeated Miami plays undefeated ND in the most watched regular season CFB game in 10 years and maybe EVER.

As long as Miami is in the playoff, I don’t care what the record is.

Given the Mickey Mouse nature of the ACC, I’d say it would have be 11-1 or 10-2 with an ACC title.
