It’s where rich kids from Oil money go to school. The type that went to a High school with a million dollar football stadium. What’d you think they would be like?
 
I'm not so sure TT fans are totally delusional, just letting their heads getting a bit too inflated. To say there is no chatter about what TT has going on right now would not be honest. I mean with their billionaire donor not only bringing in talent to Lubbock, but also working to adjust the college football business as he sees fit (not that he's necessarily wrong either). I don't think it's too much different than when everyone thought Oklahoma State was going to be the next hotbed with all that T. Boone Pickens dough.
 
They're screwed if Sorsby doesn't play and they need to keep momentum going coming from the BIG12. That's the way they see it.

I don't think they realize the damage they're going to do to themselves if they keep pressing.

These guys won't shut up. Some PR firm they hired gave them the advice to go out and "control the narrative". But that PR firm is doing an absolute s*** job of reading the room. The more they speak and dig in the worse it's going to get.

I don't even understand what they think is going to happen if he plays. The season is going to be absolute he** for everyone on that team, not just Sorsby. If they somehow make the playoffs it's going to be amplified even more. And even if they won a championship, nobody is gonna treat it was legitimate.

Naw, she was nice. I’d say an 7.5. Her cousin moved from Lubbock too.. they shared an apartment in Addison (north Texas). Her cousin eventually married my best friend at the time. We both took them to the TT and SMU game. Her father was just a weak man. My position is that a man is the leader of the family and he was weak. Took orders from her, stay at home dad when the kids were younger. Needed more bass in his voice. Too zesty. We dated until the following spring. Most of my info and knowledge of them came from my best friend.

I read that it’s the furthest by location from all other D1 schools so at least as it comes to D1 sports Lubbock is Mars.

If I was throwing that kind of bread around I’d be ****y too and this new bull**** is just old school SWC cheating in plain sight with no consequences…I’d imagine they’ll be a force to reckon with these next few years.
 
I think they're just thrilled that they're at the top after all these years.

Let's be real, everyone liked TT to a degree. They were the party crasher with the fancy system that beat Texas. Once you get that taste of winning, you want to win again.

Pretty sure other fanbases also find us insufferable because we're at the top again. And I hope they do, because **** them.

The PE teacher at my high school in the mid 90's was a TT fan and he was a dork.
He got mooned by a kid that was a year older than me in the locker room lol
