on second thought, f#$k Jordan Scarlett

Acceptance letters for UF aren't supposed to go out until mid-February. How does he know his girl has been accepted already? Guess they have a special fast-track admissions process for blue chip tail.

They don't, it's all rumored BS. The chick likely won't even end up at UF. You have to be a real ****** to think the guy went to UF for a girlfriend.

LOL. Well played. +rep.

**** Redwine, too. What kind of low character kid switches that late in the game, regardless of circumstances?

This kid should have honored his word to Louisville and not abandoned his commitment so late in the game.

Karma is a bltch!

I see what your getting at but

Little bit of a diff situation. Redwine never had an offer until a week ago and the kid wanted to be a Cane...

Scarlett had an offer from Florida for years now...

The one thing that sticks with me is that Scarlett convinced golden to only take two running backs in this class instead of 3. Then the kid bailed. Pile on golden if you want but that was a **** move, plain and simple.

It makes me wonder if there was malicious forethought to that.

Folden let a 17 year old kids manage his roster, and you're blaming the kid? LULZ. You guys never cease to amaze.

you reading comprehension skills are second only to your love of other human beings.

I took your words at face value. Seemed pretty clear what you said.

So we are blaming the kid for not wanting to play for a man we all despise and all agree is a loser.

Talk about wishy washy. Yeah I hate he did not come here but it is AG's fault...NOT Scarlett's. If AG was 1/100th the coach he believes himself to be we might be talking about the three headed backfield. instead we bashing kids for not wanting to play for this POS coach.

You cannot hate AG and then hate on kids for not wanting to play for him
No we are hating on a kid for waiting until there is no time to replace him to decommit. The was a preplanned ***** move that deserves scorn.

Yeah because if he would have decommitted a couple weeks earlier Folden would have had enough time to find another Danny Dillard.

He couldn't even hold onto Mr. D or Cronkrite, and they were both long time commits. What makes you jilted guys think he would have found a great replacement for Scarlett if he decommitted a couple weeks earlier?

Redwine just got an offer from Miami not too long ago. Scarlett's been sitting on Florida's for a while.
And it's been pretty obvious to anyone who was paying any attention at all that he's been very interested in ufayg for some time now. You think the official visit there and all the chatter about him wanting to go there for the past month should have alerted Folden that Scarlett was thinking about ufayg? Everyone knew except him? LULZ at you guys.

token cane told you guys that scarlett had informed UM he was gone a week before he publicly decommitted. He gave the staff plenty heads up and warning and actually did it in person...but ya he did it the wrong way and screwed golden.

A week in advance isn't plenty of heads up. He was committed for 9 months.

he didn't flip on the last day or a couple days before like most kids, and actually went and told the coaching staff in person which almost never happens.

the staff had a week to find a replacement....again, it could have easily been a lot worse and golden could have easily been left holding his **** in his hand...a lot of coaches were today, including coaches for kid(s) you guys flipped. I guess they are scumbags as well.

obviously not flipping would have been ideal, but if someone is going to flip late he did it about as good as it could be done

None of these jilted dudes were calling Scarlett names when he flipped from FAU to UM. Suddenly, they're all on a moral high horse trying to make distinctions without substance about how Scarlett's flip to ufayg was so much dirtier than everyone else's flips.

None of the guys we missed at RB are better than Walton. And none of them (including Walton) are as good as Duke Johnson. Just watched old hs highlight tapes of Duke... Unreal

Great point. how many more years will Duke tote the rock for us?

Scarlett will see the harsh reality of UF rbs...besides the great E. Smith (who had the luxury of playing w/ a HOF QB and the original Mr. Playmaker himself from the U and an o-line that was full of pro-bowlers and have Jimmy Johnson from the U coach him up) those guys just don't succeed at the next level. His decision, now we move on.

These rationalization arguments are complete horse****. This is a completely different staff than any of the previous UF RBs played under. You have no idea whether McElwaiyne can produce NFL RBs or not.

The reality is that the NFL will find stud RBs from any system.

Pretty clear they are blaming the kid for already knowing he didn't want to play for the POS coach long ago and not giving the POS coach the ability get another quality back in the picture.

The people that think helmets and uniforms have magic ability are hysterical to me. The U on the helmet didn't make us churn out RBs, the system, staff, and players did. **** we have gone from being a program that was unmatched in the DL we produced to allowing 350 yds on the ground against Duke. Things change in life.

I think UF's RB issues have more to do with the playing surface at Ben Hill Griffin than the actual coaching staff thats in place. I mean, have you ever tried to run in a swamp? **** near impossible.

We had Maryland, Kennedy, Wilfork, Brown, and Sapp. That means we produce great DT and always will.

We have the dumbest fanbase in college football. The same dopes crying about people hurting recruiting are now bashing a 17-year-old kid for doing what he's been expected to do for the last month or so.

At least we're still #1 in the country at something.

- Voicing displeasure with head coach and administration following 7 losses and no changes: "U is hurtin recrootin!!"

- Kid decides to go to a different school: "**** dis peace of shlt, bro hope he tears his em cee el, bro"

Different circumstances. This staff did Redwine like that one CB who was considering us and UK then goes to Fswho did. Redwine was a break glass in case of emergency kid and I PROMISE Jaquan was in Al office begging for an offer for his boy after enrollment. Scarlett was committed til dann near the day before NSD and flipped
