The longer a person waits to contact police more time for evidence and witness statements to change or be destroyed. Contacting police earlier gives you a better chance for a criminal to be prosecuted. Name another crime where it would be better to wait and call the police.

AB reached out to her on social media about helping him with his flexibility. She wasn't even a personal trainer. She taught little kids gymnastics. They hadn't even spoken since college. He flew her to Pittsburgh and encouraged her to start doing mobility training with other NFL athletes. He introduced her to other players and she started marketing herself as such. And as soon as the first incident occurred she went right back to just doing girls gymnastics and put him on ignore.

No, that is the last thing you should do. Seek counseling with someone with experience in the courts. Rape is by far the hardest crime to prosecute. Evidence from the scene does absolutely nothing as the defense will simply argue it was consensual. EVERY WOMAN KNOWS THIS. She did the right thing. She went to her church and they set her up with a former DA and a former *** crimes prosecutor.

Every other possible way to extort is easier than convicting anyone, especially a NFL player of rape. Again, rape is hardest crime to convict. And NFL lets people play who are accused of rape. And AB has plenty of money to defend himself. If the accusation is false, the motive would most likely be something other than money.

She told someone at her church who put her in contact with an ex DA and a *** crimes prosecutor who advised her what to do. Easier said than done about the going back to work part. The first accusation is more of a weirdo thing than a rapey thing. He was also paying her well over $1,000 an hour for personal training

Collecting evidence of sexual contact is the last thing one should do? Wouldn't that just make it easier for the accused to say the never had any sexual relationship with her? Contrary at least then the defense would have to prove it was consentual, rather than the prosecution have to prove it ever happened period no?

Not the case in rape unless you have video or audio. No other evidence does anything for prosecution.

It’s better to wait until prosecution has there ducks in a row to pursue conviction

For one, there is usually proof of *** in text communication if they had ***.

But remember, it’s the prosecutions responsibility to prove the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If the defense can simply argue it was consensual, prosecution is in the same exact spot it would be in even if they denied sexual relationship altogether.

Prosecuting rape is extremely difficult. So difficult attorneys usually have their own clients take lie detector tests before pursuing their case. And prosecuting in criminal court without video or audio is even more difficult

To be fair most sexual abuse , rapes or molestation the victims don’t like to come forward. They’re ashamed or embarrassed. So I let that part slide.

But I also know these hoes be about that bull **** and can be beyond dirty.

It’s 50/50.

I see your point. Would the prosecution have to disclose that the victim did a rape kit? Absence of corraboratting texts that confirm consensual *** occurred, it seems the 'I've never touched this woman in my life' is a way better defense than 'she wanted me to ********** on her back'.

Women have always been opportunistic. Just like Men, Women have been maneuvering for a better position for ages. The stories are pretty dated. The game is the game. “Men tell lies like, ‘I was over Craig’s house.’ Women tell lies like, ‘thats your baby..”

Making a decision on either side is pretty ignorant at this point. You don’t know what you don’t know.
 
One thing I question is did she actually ask him for an "investment" of 1.6 mil and he turned her down. If so that gives her all the reasons in the world to claim rape when they were actually consensual.

For most part, rape kit would automatically put it in the criminal realm.

“Way better defense” is what I am trying to change your mind on. He is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Busting on a girl’s back is legal if it is consensual, and honestly to accuse someone of *********ing and ejaculating on your back during bible study is not very convincing to a jury. Evidence is hard to come by in rape. I anticipate most of the evidence is in text messages on this one

In THIS case there are messages, but in general, if it was me on the jury, and you cant even place the accused at the scene of the crime - im much more likely to believe he's innocent than the defense of 'she wanted it'. In my eyes, you haven't even reached level 2, where a crime COULD have possible been committed, you're still trying to prove it was even possible. Full disclosure: I've never served on a jury in a rape trial and i've only watched Matlock... so call me completely ignorant of the law if apropos.

That’s the part that that raises my eyebrow, but brown is also a nut. Him apologizing and talking about her ignoring him in the texts make him look sketchy. I just don’t know either way , both come off sketchy.
