My bad. Fair point.

Yes, let's use the historic wins over Louisville as an elixir our Canes havent...

- 4th and 17
- GT loss (with barwly any forward passes because they dont even know what the fuq that is)
- LA Tech loss
- FIU humiliation
- Bama humiliation
- UNC humiliation
- 4Q last drive stand against Western "We crush Bama" Michigan

oh FFS

how can you possibly defend this band of mental midgets?

Seriously, your troll game is strong this evening.

Remember Jarren Williams?

He's the guy we took over Matt Corral.

Some said he had some issues in high school, but I still wanted him. He had a gun back then, could make every throw, a gunslinger if you will, and we should've given him a shot. He legit said he wanted to come here. It doesn't work you part ways, no harm or foul. Watch his highlights, one of the more impressive films on a QB I've seen in recent years.

Jarren Williams it was and the rest is history. Young man was in fire middle to end of last season. Such a dumb miss.
IIRC, he had a drinking problem. He’s a Los Angeles kid, played at Oaks Christian, got into a fight with Gretzky’s son, then transferred to Long Beach Poly. Originally a USC but switched to Florida, then Ole Miss. He allegedly showed up drunk at USC practice.

I couldn't remember what it was. I don't remember ever reading what it was. The Gretzky thing is like touching royalty though.

Still would've taken a chance on him. Seems it worked out.

Would depend on my lockerroom. The old Miami was somewhat self-policing and would kick another player’s *** if he were not pulling his weight. If I felt I had that type of culture, which I’d hope, I would take a chance after discussing with team leaders. If I were trying to build such a culture I might pass, might not. Depends on if the player admitted problems and wanted to fix them or was in denial.

Gators would be pretty dangerous this year with him.

Exactly. It's nice to see that it worked out for the young man, but he was an extremely high risk take. I didn't hear anything about Jarren before he came to campus, he turned out to be the kind of guy that once he got on his own, lost his **** mind.
