Ole Miss vs FSU Gameday Discussion

I've never watched a game & been torn on who to root against. My Miami blood automatically have me rooting against FSU, however it's so much better when Miami plays FSU when both teams are undefeated (exclude 2013). On the other hand, my hatred for the SEC and their fans is undeniable, but seeing another top 5 team go down interest me for Miami's sake. Decision, decision.
Canes fans gotta stop with this undefeated FSU is somehow a good thing narrative... Simply put it's not.
Them being undefeated helps their recruiting, does it raise the profile of our game in October? Sure... But what's better is them coming into Hard Rock with 2 or 3 L's, then all the recruits that have held them in such high esteem for all these years will see us beating them which will signify that The U is back and the Holes are done for.
F*ck strength of schedule & f*ck the perception of the ACC... As long as we win, that's all that matters.
If you're a Canes fan, don't ever talk yourself into rooting for Trailerhasse... F*ck that!

College Game day is fun to attend. So I get it. With that said, let them lose every game and let us play at noon.

You guys are nuts. I want them to be undefeated when we beat them

Because you want the ratings boost.

I want them to lose every game. I want them to be so demoralized that we beat them the same way we did FAMU. I want, by the time the game is done, for the announcers that have given us **** for the last decade to choke on their own vomit.

But maybe that's just me.

I really think if they put Ermon Lane in, it would change the game in fsux favor. snicker, snicker. by the way, news from Baton Rouge is that Jimbo just faxed in his resume.

We should be able to confuse the **** out of this rookie QB. Not because he's a rookie. But, because he has a low release and it looks like they have him on the EJ manual one read plan.

/Obviously, too early, but just going off route combos right now

How's our D line compared to Ole Miss? They're putting a ton of pressure on FSU.

Tempo is what I asked for from Richt and Kaaya. FSU will be better prepared, but it's the ticket against their D.

The unequivocal answer is you root for Ole Miss. No matter what happens, the media is going to pump the SEC. All that matters is what's best for Miami. By FSU losing, they lose recruiting cred, they lose confidence, and when they face Miami, they are fragile. If Miami takes care of business, it won't matter if FSU is undefeated or not when we play them in October. If FSU beats a basically top 10 SEC team, then the FSU pump fest continues. F these guys. You need to play the long game. The SEC pump fest isn't going anywhere. They got abused this weekend, yet everyone will be pumping Alabama's raping of USC. Alabama = SEC for the sake of public perception. FSU needs to drop 3-4 games this season so the the recruits, and the FSU players themselves, know their best years are behind them. Without Winston, these guys are ain't sh**. No matter how great their recruiting classes are, without a QB, they are a 2-4 loss team. We don't have the depth, but we have a top 3 QB in the country. That equates to 2-4 wins. FSU dropping 3-4 games this year is better for Miami than them being undefeated when we play them and FSU ultimately losing only 2 games. Long game, fellas.
