If Cribby and others are right about Frenk has handled this search - I think BOT members are inadvertently telling on themselves. You're seeing who are the ones that are rocking the boat. My optimistic side is thinking that we see who is really who here.

I understand that, and I know by now I’m not going to argue with you. They have to approve it but if there are only a handful who are moaning and groaning it doesn’t matter and I’m unsure how the process works but I don’t believe they are part of the process involving the firm and picking the candidate. Just approving the chosen candidate.
Honest question here. How do you remove him from the BOT? Who’s decision is that? The Prez only? His peers via vote?

So you would up-root your family for more money with a bad boss and a structure set up for failure? Have that stain on your resume? The program has been sabotaged from the top and some of the top doesn’t want to change. You know you would not take a job like that either. Easier said than done. It is easy to say things when it doesn’t affect you or your family.
