Now that Kehoe is gone, let's see what becomes of this very important position.
I agree with the previous poster, the guy CMR chooses to fill this post doesn't need to be a great recruiter, but he has to be an excellent teacher.
IMO, it wouldn't hurt if he could get the big boys like we need on the OL.
