The field looked & held up so much better for Saturday nights game. What gives? Different grass, less rain? What factors made the difference?

They just resodded before Vtech game but then it rained. Now it is fully rooted and looks fantastic. Not sure why they had the crappy grass the first half of the year but Stephen Ross gets it right... eventually.

They've torn up the endzones part of the sideline, also whited out the ACC logos. Don't know why because the Dolphins play at Carolina tonight and we play home next Saturday.

The Fins fired the vendor that had been providing the sod for the field claiming they were getting bad product. This is the first run of sod from the new vendor. Seeing how much better this lay is than the prior ones were, I'd guess that their complaints are legitimate.
