What are we waiting for? Why has the trigger not been pulled? I'm not gonna regurgitate all the stats we discuss ad nauseum regarding his w/l vs ranked opponents and the losing streak vs our biggest rival etc etc. I just want to know why hasn't he been fired yet? What is the AD specifically waiting for? Does he actually think golden can salvage the season? What the **** has he ever showed that would inspire any confidence in that even remotely happening? At the very least firing Golden would generate a least some good will with the fanbase. At the very least! Why not get a jump start on the head coaching search?

Educate me please...what am I missing?

The Admin, Bot and university as a whole have declared all-out war on the fans.

They simply don't give a ****.

These elitist make me sick!

The "Treasure Troll" sure did know how to destroy the athletics department. Her and her family should be outlawed from ever setting foot in the city of Miami ever again.

Only way Fraulden gets booted is if there are major protests by fans outside Frenk's office. And we all know that ain't gonna happen.

Logically it could relate to the buyout money, which may decrease if he ends the year with the team. Also, who would take over in the interim?

let the decomits being. FSU gave us a ton of chances, they are not elite this year. clemson might massacre us.

Is this question b/c of the loss last night? Why would the school fire him after a competitive game against a highly ranked team when they kept him after the **** show that was last season and a worse display against Cincinnati?

Golden should have been fired after last season (if not earlier), but once they made the decision to keep him, they can't fire him this early unless the team completely melted down (which it has not... yet). What school fired a coach in the first half of a season after losing in a competitive game to a highly ranked opponent? The cries to fire him last week were more justified than the ones this week are.

Last night was actually the worst possible scenario if you ask me

1. We lose to FSU
2. The overall perception by James and the BOT will likely be that Golden had them fighting hard and almost beating a top team.
3. Lots of recruits there to see it

So we have to deal with the Golden supporters actually spinning it for their benefit and we DONT get the satisfaction of a victory.

He lost to FSU AGAIN! Despite best efforts of 19 year old kid and a couple WRs, Al lost AGAIN. Once AGAIN, Kaaya gave him a lead late in the game and the man's personal pride and joy, his vaunted prevent the big play defense gave up yet another long score to lose the FSU AGAIN! His major project and claim to fame, his 3-4 passive defense has once AGAIN lost a game. That is Al out on that field on defense. It his soul. It is a complete failure. He hates speed and loves fat. Speed burned his fat *** last night. Last night was the best Al can do and it wasn't good enough to beat FSU with only one real star on offense.

Deadly combination of the following:

1. Zero Accountability,
2. Powerless Retarded AD, and
3. Admin with better stuff to do.

He should have been fired a long time ago.

I remember last year the discussion was that his buyout decreased after January 1st. I don't expect anything to happen until then.

You aren't missing anything and any AD with half a brain or concern for the program would have fired him a long time ago. Unfortunately, we have Blake James who is either incompetent or complacent with Miami being terrible. I think both. What James should do right now is can Golden today as well as D'Onofrio, promote Ice Harris to head coach as the interim and start getting a list of coaches to interview before any other team fires their coach such as Tennessee, Georgia or USC who we may have to compete with. But instead we have Blake James who may be the mist gutless, ****less AD in the nation.

1. 0-5 under Al. (That's a trend)

2. Of course. They will do the minimum. I've felt that if we went 7-6 they'd keep him. But this team isn't winning 7 games.

3. Next guy will have to deal with a shytpile, of which recruiting is a part. Maybe they should consider hiring a guy that has successfully recruited, particularly the SoFla area before. Hmmmmmn

With these ******* so, it's always about the bottom line. Just not going to spend one penny more than they have to. The **** with anything or anyone else.

With any pride in the athletic dept how many other teams who have won a national championship would put up with a coach who has gone 0-5 against its rival. Not to many would except this terrible BOT and AD. People should fly banners during the week focusing on the AD and BOT. it is truly embarrassing to watch this team each week and end up with the same result. Fire Golden.
