WAY over his head. I am not going to sit here and say "I told you so", because even though I disliked the hire, I wanted him to do well. I wanted the young men to rally behind him and reach their potential as players and as young men. That simply is not happening. In fact, it's the exact opposite of what I hoped would happen. He's a joke of a head coach and doesn't deserve to be anywhere near UM football.

I'm just going to say it right now. I hope our next coach is some boring, uncool dude from the middle of nowhere that can get the most out of the talent he has in front of him. He won't need gimmicks, or any other horse crap to lure recruits in. He'll use wins, and getting players drafted. I don't give a crap what people think recruits want to hear, I want a man that is a winner, not a slip and slide specialist.

Weird, did you know you can't spell slip and slide without lisp and D-lies? All Manny is is a used car salesman, son of a politician. Basically, he's a lispy little liar that leads these young men to believe he can field a winner and put them in position to succeed, then throws them under the bus when he fails.

THIS!!!! This is why I want a boring *** coach that spend his time drilling fundamentals into young men so they can be the best they can be. I don't want chains and rings that celebrate small battles won. Sure as **** not when we can't tackle or make the most basic of plays.

Hey, here's an idea.... Maybe we can have the ***** of Shame. You know, one with a big suction cup on it so we can put it on the helmet of every dude that misses a tackle.
