Yes, I get the oxycodone and ketamine both, plus tramadol, and an intrathecal pain pump with dilaudid too. I have Central Post-Stroke Pain Syndrome and it’s been life-saving.

Yeah, my Pain Management Doc advertises for other things like Fibromyagia etc.
I went through 8 series of intravenous PTSD treatments with it.
It’s just not a good acute pain drug, having such a short half life.
