I originally wanted Butch but when Richt got hired I figured he would do a decent job.

I was dead wrong. I never would of thought that Richt would do this bad of a job.

Would’ve agreed w this earlier in the season. I think at this point the situation is too toxic.

And even if we got a guru on O, the D is gonna have issues next year because he over promoted there, and if another change is needed after that, we'll just constantly be waiting too long to acknowledge and address any problems that come up. MR isn't proactive enough to be a decent CEO.
