Blake James's words will be hollow.
6-6 at best next sesson. At most, Richt will hand over play calling duties to Thomas or Dugans. What real OC wants to come here? Richt is a dead man walking. A real OC is not going to come here for one season. CMR is an outstanding individual, but the locker room has been lost. In similar situations, the snowball only gets bigger.

I think at a minimum Brown and Searles go.
They’ll be able to find other jobs easily.
I think Hartley and Richt Jr. stay.
Not sure about Dugans.

Richt gave $1,000,000.00 of his salary back to Miami for the practice field fund. Enough said. Any wonder Georgia dumped Richt? Stubborn and arrogant is a deadly combination, but he is a lifer at Miami.

You might as well use a sundial. It's going to be a while, if anything happens at all. Blake James doesn't have to fire anyone yet. But an announcement by days' end stating that UM was conducting a Nationwide search for a top OC would be a start.

Baby ***boy Richt, Thomas Brown, Stacy Searles, Ron Dugans should all be terminated. Todd Hartley can continue to coach TE's or be special teams coordinator but not both. John Schoop should be hired to be the D-Coordinator and Banda accepts that or he can take his pina colada mixing *** to philly with Diaz. Padke same as Banda. Move to a spread offense scheme by hiring Bill Bedenbaugh, Buster Faulkner, or Graham Harrell. Fat boy Richt is exclusively a CEO-figure head who focuses on facilities and speaking engagements and keeping morale high only.
For them to then promote Jon Richt
