I think it's 99.9 percent certain, we beat Clemson and Bama wins out we in with a Sugar Bowl vs Bama
It depends on how far we drop. If it's no worse than 6th, then beating beating the Fighting Dabo's might get us in. Lower than 6th and we'll need some help. Make no mistake, this was a bad loss to a bad Pitt team that is not even bowl eligible on national TV to a freshman QB. We won't know the true impact of this loss until all the games are played this weekend. If nothing else, we lost our ability to control our own destiny. This sucks.
We for sure will drop more than 6. I’m thinking close to 10. Look at ND - didn’t they lose 7-8 spots when they lost to us?

Notre Dame dropped from 3rd to 8th.

They lost 5 spots after a bad loss to a really good team. We had a bad loss to a ****ty team. We’ll drop more than 5 spots.

9-0 Clemson last year dropped from 2nd to 4th after losing to Pitt at home last year.
We're not dropping more than 5 spots, especially when one of the top 6 is guaranteed to lose tomorrow.
We'll be 5th or 6th.
Watching USF vs UCF, halftime commentators just agreed, winner ACCCG is in.JYou guys are crazy if you think a one loss Miami team with an ACC championship does not get into the Playoffs

Last year is irrelevant - look at how they dropped ND 5 spots after the loss to us...why doesn’t the 2 to 4 logic apply to them? Because we’re #2 ? Eh, not buying it. I’m thinking we end up at 7 or 8

Last year isn't irrelevant, you have to work on the precedents the committee sets.
You really think 6 teams are going to jump Miami? Which 6?
Beat Clempsun.
Same exact thing it was gonna take before today

Yeah? What if Auburn edges out Bama and UGA, and Wisconsin and Oklahoma win out? It will be 1) Bama, 2) Wisconsin, 3) Oklahoma, 4) Auburn

The precedents are ND after the Miami loss. No?

Well if you want to play with that hand, Miami will drop 4 spots, which puts them at 6th, which is what I said from the get go. We'll just end up in Auburn's spot. Clemson moves to #2 , Oklahoma to #3 , Wisky to #4 , Georgia to #5 and Miami at 6.
You think Notre Dame or Ohio State is jumping us?

It was Nd's second lost. So the drop hurt them more.
Just win and we're in. You guys are crazy if you think a one loss Miami team with an ACC championship does not get into the Playoffs
