Youre a plum idiot if you think that those problems can be fixed with different playcalling.

The oline coaching is the problem. Richts hire, i get that. But the playcalling is fine.

playcalling has nothing to do with the highest drop rate in CFB.

Mark Richt is learning this team, still He will be fine. This is a pure over reaction.

Name 1 coach who took over a team with a pocket passer and a bad oline and turned them into even a remotely good offense?

This summer will tell us all we need to know about Richt, the head coach. If Richt the head coach can't identify that Richt, the play caller, is horrible at this ******* job....then they both suck and need to gtfo.

Dugans is the only one who's done anything (WR blocking has dramatically improved).

We just need a good, dedicated play caller. Period. I don't think dramatic staff wide offensive changes are the best course of action at this point.

Richt should at the very least hire a Pro Spread Set "consultant" to do the following:

1. Increase tempo
2. Call plays faster
3. Install several play with motion
4. Widen the route options
5. Integrate 20-25 Spread and Proset-spread plays where you use the TE an RB in multiple options

Running an run/pass option, with a QB who is less mobile than Dorsey, isn't a smart thing to do. This is far more effective with a mobile QB. You're putting blame on Kaaya to justify Richt forcing a system with the personnel we don't have.
 
I see we are still struggling with the difference between a run-pass option and the spread option.
