Yep. He's an offensive "guru", but has to hire from the outside to get it done lol

I guess give me Jedd Fisch if that's the case.

I'm not sure Richt would hire any big name guys that would cost more than $400-500k a year, so I tried to go with some more reasonable names that have good experience running high powered offenses & might actually be interested in coming.

You guys probably have better candidates than me, but one things for sure is that all these guys are running better Offenses than Richt right now.

Right in the 305, you can find Pee Wee coaches that can run better offenses than Richt right now.

I love everything CMR has done as a CEO, but play calling has definitely passed him by. I would love to find an art briles disciple to bring a spread element to UM.
