On Flagg-

Supposedly he has transformed his body. Carrying better weight will improve his quickness and speed.

He has always shown a high football IQ. Perhaps he brings value in helping guys get lined up.

Also since the DL will not just be shooting gaps like they did under Manny perhaps he will have some cleaner releases to make plays.

What I want to see is LBers who square up the ball carrier and make tackles.
