Official depth chart released

I’m a believer in everyone gets a fair shake when a new staff comes in. That’s why I’m not bashing Flagg and Steed but I’ve seen enough of Ivey for 4 seasons. Maybe he proves us wrong.
Again, I wouldn’t put too much stock into depth charts these days, especially in week 1 against an FCS opponent. Steele literally said as much in his presser this week

Steed isn’t the greatest but he’s definitely not the worst either. Flagg just doesn’t belong on the field. He’s definitely fooled another coaching staff until they see he can’t run.

Only upsetting part of this depth chart is that no one is wearing #1. No player will wear it for the whole year? I thought it was just a training camp thing where they had to "earn" it or whatever

Don’t think he’ll be out there 3 downs but he tends to be out there in early downs, thus why he’s probably starting

Depth chart looks rough on paper. Deep but more JAGs doesn’t neccissarily cut thought. Only place we’re short on bodies is OL

I'm pretty sure they've seen him run plenty throughout practices & scrimmages. But I'm guessing Caleb will play plenty.
