We want answers. So any of the underlings of the below listed people that are reading this thread need to come in here and explain why Al Golden, a man that has so successfully failed at his job is still employed by the University.

I've got one of those "golden era" t-shirts from allcanes that hasn't seen the light of day since Maryland in 11. I'm taking a picture of that thing on fire when I get home. Will add that to all correspondence.

These lames are "waiting" for the new president to have some input. Just another lame *** excuse to try and cover their ***. Unless this new president has some hidden new knowledge about coaches then sure why not! But come on now, us as fans can come up with legitimate coaches to choose from. Don't give me that bs there are other factors that goes into finding the "right" person. GTFOH, easy question does he win games, recruit, and can manage his staff, okay then sign the dotted line.

What can the BOT do? Miami is running an athletic department that generates 5 million dollars in profit from all mens ports after expenses. But it is losing 7 million a year on womens sports, meaning that our AD as a whole is in debt every year. That is horrendous management. If UM was a company, everyone in the AD would be replaced for such fiscal irresponsibility.
