This game could easily be 14-14, or at least 14-10. I like where I'm at right now as long as Arian doesn't gash the Jets run D.

Got screwed by that fluky interception just before the first half, but still a winning Monday night. I'll have to go back and check, but I feel like I'm doing much better in NFL this year than usual. Maybe even better, picks % wise, than college football.

As far as NCAA-

I locked in Miami/UNC over 67. That's the only one I could get to in time while running around Chicago this weekend. I missed everything early so will just have to figure it out probably Friday night or early Saturday.

#s time:

Miami/UNC O68- #is a little higher than I thought and I'm having second thoughts about playing. May pass
Kent St/Army O58.5- I can't believe how low this # is. Big play for me 4 or 5 units
Toledo/Eastern Michigan O58- see above, 1 or 2 units
WVU/TT O77.5- can't bet against WVU over at this point. TT can easily put up 30 points, 1 or 2 units
A+M/LT- O79.5- I'm seeing a close one here. A+M will score but not sure if LT can put up 24 points. Probably will make a small play

not much else is appealing to me right now. Northern Illinois -12.5 stands out and I think A+M is going to work Louisiana Tech, but may just stick to totals this week.

Games I'm looking at for my underdog contest:

UTEP +17 at Tulsa
Miami +7 UNC
UAB +14 at Houston
Indiana +17 OSU
LA Tech +8 A&M

I'm not seeing much ... halp.

its really slim pickings...can't see any of those upsets happening. Maybe UTEP or UAB?

how about Utah +8?

Didn't see that one. Just looked at it really quickly. Yeah, I like that one.

I'm always trying to find double digit dogs cause I like to go for the big score, but there just aren't any this week it appears. I do kind of have a gut feeling hunch vibe about Indiana though. Just have this feeling that maybe OSU is due to lay a big fat egg.

What did you take last week? I'm fairly certain I threw Arkansas out there for ya.

Anyway- if you want a big flyer, what about Southern Miss at UCF (17 points)? USM has beat UCF 5 of 6 times, and I believe all three times in Orlando. Won't be intimidated by coming into Orlando, and seems like the Knights are always losing a game they are supposed to win, so why not one against a decently talented team?

LOL I took the Canes last week. SMH.

I wondered about Southern Miss ... just didn't know if they were worth a **** this year.

I hope you guys grabbed UNC at -6 or even -6.5, since it's now at -8. Fairly split % on the money, which means the sharps are heavy on UNC. Bad news for us Canes this week. I do think that means the over is going to hit, though. If UNC covers 8, it's because they are scoring pretty much at will (which is what we would expect out of the Miami defense). On the surface, UNC has some very nice defensive numbers, but when you filter out the cupcakes, their defense looks very, very pedestrian, falling right in line with Georgia Tech and Boston College in terms of yards per play. They are especially vulnerable through the air, which should lead to big plays from the Miami offense.

Big plays + Big Plays = lots of points. I feel good about the over 67-- and even at 69, it should be good to go. Only way I don't see this one getting there is if the Canes defense puts together an NCState type performance from the first half for the entire game.

Anybody got anything for tonight? Gun to my head, I'll take the Titans at home in a bad spot for the Steelers, but I'm just going to pass on everything. In college, I like Troy and Colorado but, again, sitting these out.
