I disagree on the Ball State / EMU game. I'm locked in on BSU and really like them -3. They're the more taleSnted team, at home, in week #1, with the better QB. Wenning is light years better than the guy EMU has returning.

Thursday night I'm on Ball State -3, Central Florida -23.5, Vanderbilt +7, and Wazzu at 14.5. I have an extra unit on the Ball State moneyline.

Japan, I agree with you on Michigan State and Boise. I will probably make a play on Michigan State on Friday and am kicking myself for not getting it earlier at a much more appealing number. Southwick never has impressed me, and that offense WAS Kellen Moore for 4 years.

Other plays:

Tennessee -3 *
Notre Dame -16.5 *
Ohio +7 for 1.5*
Clemson -3 for 1.5* (probably will buy back some)
Oklahoma -30
West Virginia -23.5 *
Duke -3 *
SMU +12 *
Va Tech -7 *

Still considering Michigan State, Michigan at 14, and that Oregon over.

End Report

USF,

I'm on an overwhelming majority of those plays, except I wouldn't have dropped that much, in comparison to the others, on Miami beating BC. At least you got the best number possible (I did as well), but if that number somehow gets to BC +3.5 by gametime, I'm definitely putting the same amount coming the other way. I really think this is a toss-up game that could go either way, and if you're giving me a chance at winning both bets if Miami wins by a FG or less, just too much to pass up there.

I'll be betting almost all my plays on reverse Line Movements again this year. They were pretty successful at the end of the year last year, will keep a running total to see how we do this year. A couple of early leans (although never bet until game day and usually close to start time): Vandy, NCSt, BoiseSt, Ohio, Tulsa, Nevada, Toledo

usf- What site do you use to bet? Bovada hasn't even put up the Miami line yet.

That's ridiculous that bovada doesn't have certain lines up at this point.

I use betonline.ag, 5dimes.eu, and sportsbook.ag

Betonline is my primary. Never had any problems with them, and they are very, very good at getting lines up early.

Kick the tires and light the fires.

Locked and loaded.

I've since spent last year's winnings...need to replenish the play money.

LETS DO THIS.

Oregon-Ark St

OVER 67.5

Fire up that rocket ship!

I nominate this image as the official Arkansas State rocketship:

I want to bet on Ohio but it feels like a huge public play. I see Penn St starting off alright this year before the wheels fall off. Ohio is good but I might just avoid this game

FMA:

Oregon-Ark St

OVER 67.5

Fire up that rocket ship!

best play of the weekend right here

I've been on this one for a while.

Edit- except I got it at 65.5

I have a feeling this game may be something like 42-21 type game. It opened at 62, which is a better number. 65 and 67 is a risky one.

Agreed. Thinking of fading this at the last second if it gets to 68.5 or 69.

Here's why I disagree, although if there are any weather concerns or late injury reports, I'll happily fade if it gets to 69.5 or higher (already at 68 some places).

One- Oregon is breaking in a new QB, whom everyone says is going to be better than Thomas. This is good and bad. Bad, that he's new, so perhaps not quite the performance level of Thomas, but most people were somewhat unhappy with his play last year and everyone is high on the new guy. The good is that, because he's new, he's going to get a longer rope in order gain game experience.

Two- We all know both of these coaches want to play at a breakneck pace. Their whole offensive schemes are about running the most plays possible. Oregon has been in their system for years now, so no problem there. Arkansas State is new to the system, but Malzahn worked wonders with Auburn right off the bat. Arkansas State returns their QB, and he's pretty good as it is, so they should have few problems playing at the speed required to get this over.

Three- Arkansas State's defense is going to be dreadful. They only return 4 from a defense that was in the bottom 25% a year ago to a coach that does not emphasize defense. Oregon has no problems running up the score. Oregon has AVERAGED 66 points per game their last 4 games at home in September. While that's asking a lot, and **** near perfection, I'd expect Oregon to get into the 50s in this one. So then the question becomes, can Arkansas State score? Malzhan's not going into this game to win the game- he knows better than that. But this is a chance for his kids to get invaluable game reps against a live defense. I think they'll get at least 14 points, based purely on the speed of the game.

One other thought on the Oregon game, both coaches will llikely go for it on 4th and shorts near midfield, whether they make it or not, it increases the scoring chances one way or the other.

Oregon - 52
ASU - 17

Good point with the middle opportunity, might have to look into that. No confidence in our boys? W/ all the injuries, the fact that this is a winnable game last year when you factor in 4 pics from #12, and they lost their best player in a decade gives me some hope of cashing that tix, we shall see.

/shockingly,i have my biggest losses betting on Miami.....

Just messing around tonight on the ten teamer, they are not the smartest bets i know, but what can i say, i like action.

I have a local guy who uses a website, pretty sweet deal actually.

an eight team parlay is a sucker bet even at 5 dollars

I'd rather do an 8 team parlay for $5 for ****s and giggles than a 3 team, 10 point teaser for $100. Where's my boy KKU?
