TheFish, TheJuice, BooThisMan and myself just had our annual summer meeting this weekend and we toasted the worst week ever Joe Green editions

3 things happened to the midget last week:

1) Served divorce papers

2) laid off on his birthday

3) NFL regular season win totals posted.

Whatever is left over after 1) and 2), we take. We're greedy for his money and we're gonna forget our manners this fall.

Overall, looking rather decent. Phillies is basically a lock win at this point. A's, Cards and Cubs trending right. Dodgers going to be a tough win. And then there's the big one out there. Not in the clear by any stretch, but the recent 2-8 swoon was much needed.

Have you seen the Cubs play ball lately? Since Rizzo was promoted that team is playing different. Only way under 74.5 wins is if they ship out Dempster and Garza..

So much to the point, Cubs +105 tonight v Miami looks really good.
 
There's 74 games left and they're 14 games out of 1st. They're likely sellers, but they still have to play 500 ball from here on out.
