Official apologies to Julian Gamble thread

I'm sorry for doubting your talk of your vertical leap being improved.


There are a couple of dunked on Tarheels that emphatically agree with the fact that it has.
 
I remember comparing him Jimmy Graham, however I think Gamble is..... better. Yup, I said it. Same amount of effort but Gamble can put some points on the board and can crush some Charmin-*** defenses.
 
Watched 10 minutes. Looked like all American out there 3 boards 2 blocks 6 PTs. Was very impressed.

Graham was very athletic but not very skilled. Gamble isn't nearly as athletic, but he actually has some decent skills for a big man -- he can pop out and shoot a 15 foot jumper that doesn't look terrible and actually will go in sometimes, plus he has a few post moves. Different kinds of players. Gamble has improved a lot this year, plus it's good to have him healthy.
 
I rode this dude harder than a thoroughbred down the stretch at Santa Anita for a couple years now, but I ate my crow earlier this season when I saw what he was giving us.


**** it, I'm going in for seconds. Crown JG and the piece of Mary Magdalene miracle tendon inserted into his knee. I can eat some **** if it means we're going Dancing.

I thought he said that about Scott. He said something like Scott plays like an old man b/c he's always in control. In any case, I'm on the Gamble apology bandwagon too.

I heard it the same way. And yes on Gamble. I saw nothing from him for his first seven years here, but after a game like last night, I have to eat crow. If we end up making the tourney missing Reggie for over a month, it will be because of JG stepping up.
 
I am sorry JG. Making me look dumb is not hard but something like this I appreciate looking real dumb. With that said, the season is not over please be consistent.

Yes, I have a life. I watched the game at work and then went to dinner. Don't be hurt because I couldn't discuss this DIRECTLY after the game.

Trust me, I am not too proud.

I still love each of you, even if I can't be there to tell you that after the game.
